Your data
Privacy at a glance
The data our forms collect, why we need it, who else may handle it, how long we keep it, and the rights the GDPR gives you, in short paragraphs.
Last updated in October 2026. In short: we collect little, use it only to answer you and to help with your procedure, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
What we receive
- From the forms: your name and email address, needed for a reply; if you choose, your nationality, phone, the procedure in question and a few lines about your case.
- Alongside each form: when it was sent and from which IP address, to help us filter spam and abuse.
- By email: what you choose to write.
What we use it for, and why we may
To answer you, starting with an acknowledgement sent automatically to the address you entered, and, if you ask, to work on your procedure with you. These are pre-contractual steps taken at your request; filtering abuse rests on our legitimate interest. No advertising use, and no sale, ever.
Recipients
If a partner firm is best placed to help you, it receives your request and may use it for that purpose only. Our web host and our email provider handle it only as we direct, and are bound by written agreements to protect it. Public authorities receive nothing from us without your request or a legal obligation.
Retention
A message with no follow-up is erased once our answer is given and it serves no further purpose. A case file stays only as long as the legal retention period for this kind of service, then is erased.
Your rights under the GDPR
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: to exercise any of them, email harbour@niecartagena.com, and we will reply within the legal time limit. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may complain to Spain’s regulator, whose website is aepd.es.
